  I stayed at this camp for 6 weeks and found it to be one of the best experiences of my life. The food was fantastic, the trainers were great and the owner was very kind to me. I did not lose as much weight as I wanted, but I lost more than I expected. Perhaps more importantly though, I left there feeling physically strong, lost a lot of body fat and inches and my self esteem was restored, which was something I had not had for a very long time. I have had success since I've been home, albeit, I have not kept the schedule perfectly, but my life is certainly turned around now. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who needs it.
